The cancellation process will be validated if the order has not been billed or shipped. The client will be given a period of 8 hours after placing the order, on our Guaraguano.do platform.
If it applies for cancellation, the client must send an email to info@guaraguano.com, with the subject "CANCELLATION accompanied by the Order Number", specifying the reason for the cancellation. Once this request is received, our Guaraguano.do team will initiate and proceed to evaluate the case within a maximum period of 3 working days.
Within the process, it will be validated if the reason for which the client requests the cancellation of the order is justified or not.
When the case evaluation process is complete, it will be determined if the cancellation was Accepted or Rejected in writing to the client. If applicable, the order will be cancelled, Guaraguano.do will refund the amount of the order within a period of 3 to 5 business days.
Emphasizing that the cancellation is made within the period to exercise the right of withdrawal, it will be accepted.
