The user will have a period of 15 days to return the product from the date the order was placed. If the return is after this period, the return cannot be accepted.
To make a return, all you have to do is write us an email to info@guaraguano.com within 15 days, indicating the reason for the return along with the address, telephone number and name of the person.
Returns of purchases are subject to these conditions:
Items must be returned intact, cannot be used or damaged and must have the label attached to the item as it was received. At the time of return you must include the original packaging.
Items from the same shipment must be returned in the same shipment. We do not accept returns of the same order separately.
When the product arrives at our warehouse, we will proceed to examine it. After our warehouse has received your return and verified that the product meets all conditions, you will receive a refund within 10 days.
If at the time of receiving your order you find any deterioration or factory damage to the product, inform us through our Email info@guaraguano.com within 24 hours to our team, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Refunds will be credited through the same method in which payment for the purchase was made. Upon obtaining the return, we will make the refund. Keep in mind that once we have decided to make the refund, the provider of your payment method may take between 7 to 10 days.
