Once you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed and shipped within two to three business days from the payment execution date.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in the summary of your purchase. They will be calculated depending on the scheduled destination. At the moment shipments are made national.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, during business hours. Therefore, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed from the business day.
The responsibility of our distributors to make the shipment is to deliver the product to the address indicated in the dispatch and a visual review of the state of the product to verify possible physical damage.
